Palace Social: Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds –
- Size Exchanges - We are happy to help you get a new size. Any items purchased that are the wrong size will be provided with a full in-store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee. There's no need to mail it back. We will send you a new item in the correct size. It happens, and we get it. Trying to find the perfect fit can be daunting. That's why take out the hassle and send you a brand new replacement.
- Any items received damaged in the mail will be provided with a full instore credit. A photo must be emailed to our customer service team with an explanation of the issue, and customer service must approve before the refund will be granted.
- Our policy lasts 30 days from receipt of your order. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, verified by the tracking number which confirms delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouses/distributors. You will not receive a store credit or refund if the item is mailed back.
- If you are not satisfied with an item and there is no damage or sizing issue, you will be provided with a full in-store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee. Customer service must approve before the refund will be granted.
